How do I contract with TeamPQT?
TeamPQT accepts Purchase Orders directly and can also help you find
alternative vehicles if it is more convenient to you, the client.

What rates does TeamPQT charge for labor?
TeamPQT provides services in one of two ways, including a combination of the
two:
- Fixed Price
- Time & Material (T&M)
T&M line items are the only contractual line items in which a specific labor
rate will be identified. TeamPQT sets its labor rates based on the marketplace.
In general there is one labor rate for most engagements and a discounted
rate available for longer term, larger engagements.

What is a Fixed Price contract?
A Fixed Price engagement is one in which a pre-negotiated price has been
agreed upon for the services rendered. There are clear exit criteria for the
effort to protect both parties. Invoice billings are submitted when milestones
are achieved and the milestones have clear dollar values associated with them.
Examples of services that TeamPQT offers as fixed price are assessments and
workshops. Other engagements can be set up as fixed price if there is sufficient
clarity by all partied in what is to be accomplished and what the exit criteria
are.
What is a T&M contract?
A Time & Material (T&M) engagement is one in which TeamPQT delivers services
at an agreed upon labor rate. Invoice billings are submitted at a regular basis,
usually monthly, and they identify the number of hours expended during the
billing cycle as well as the labor rate. This is the Time aspect of the T&M
contract. Any ancillary nonlabor items that needed to be purchased in performing
the effort, authorized by the contract, are also submitted as part of the
periodic invoicing for reimbursement. This is the Material aspect of the T&M
contract.
Travel is listed separate - how is that handled?
Travel can be a significant expense of any engagement. TeamPQT will handle it
contractually in one of three ways:
- TeamPQT will build it into the Labor Rate
- TeamPQT will create fixed price line items for travel and will bill the
fixed price trips as travel is accomplished
- TeamPQT will create a not to exceed dollar value for travel and will
bill actuals as travel is accomplished
The first two methods are preferred as they require less administration
overhead by all parties.
