introduction

Workshops are a method to help people learn best practices while performing in the context of their work. Workshops assist the project team at specific points in the lifecycle when key activities are being performed that become captured in project artifacts. By mentoring the team at these key points, proper behaviors can be reinforced and expected results are accelerated.

Project-based Workshops are typically purchased as part of a custom package. The package is developed jointly between clients and TeamPQT while reviewing the project schedule. The package is typically composed of a collection of workshops supplemented by mentoring. Workshops are typically either a ½ day or a day in length.
