TeamPQT has recently released two new training classes: a 3 day class
on Practical Use Cases using the Unified Process and a 1/2 day
Overview of the Unified Process. The Use Case class also orients students on
how analysts apply IBM Rational RequsitePro and Rational Software Manager to
accomplish their responsibilities. [Jan 2007]
TeamPQT helped the National Institutes of Health, Z-Tech,
and IBM develop and document enterprise-level and project-level
development processes for the IT system that manages grants proposals. The
development processes reflected a tailoring of the Rational Unified Process to
their development needs. [Apr 2006]
TeamPQT recently helped EDS and Veteran Affairs conclude
a business modeling effort for the VA's next generation lab system. TeamPQT
helped both parties achieve consensus on the methodology of developing business
use cases and UML based activity diagrams, business object model, and sequence
diagrams. After reaching a consensus on the methodology, TeamPQT facilitated a
series of collaboration sessions that drove to a common representation of the

David Alvey of TeamPQT presented at the
Rational
Software Developers Conference 2005 at Mandalay Bay Resorts in Las Vegas.
The title of his presentation was SEPGs that Work.
RSDC 2005 ran from May 22-26, 2005 and drew over 2000 IT
professionals from around the world. Among the written feedback was "This is
